Uninstall all previous versions
Download  evsetup30.exe (Size: 1.28 MB, updated on 09/20/2002)
Run self-extracting archive evsetup30.exe
Click on the eVoiceSaver icon from the Start/Programs/PEC folder
Configure the email profile and test the connection
Set the preferred audio devices
