Supports the Motorola Call Ahead^TM communications protocol.

Utilizes the communication features of the industry standard RS-232C serial connection.

Call Ahead^TM keeps track of every transaction in real time. After Call AheadTM makes a call, it returns wither the Connect, Bus, No Answer, or the Answering Machine status to the Host computer.

DTMF Feedback lets you know if the called party pressed a touch tone key as confirmation of message delivery.

Use Call Ahead^TM's tape program to record, edit, and play the message you want customers to hear.

Call Ahead^TM shows you calls attempted, completed, intercept tones, retries, and busies, no answer, all totaled and in view, on-screen.
