Overview

Once connected, the AudioSaver system will allow for DID, T1, or E1 lines to be directly connected to specific mailboxes, or for the caller to choose a mailbox with their touchtone keypad. Different mailboxes may be used to run different applications.

PEC has an existing library of applications, and new applications can be designed to suit your needs. Applications are generated using an Interactive Application Generator (a simplified way to control the flow of a call to the AudioSaver system). This application generator makes it very simple to create new application, or edit existing application
