VoiceSaver: Standard Features
Able to handle multiple calls at the same time.

One-number
This
feature allows you to have one phone number for all of your
communication devices, including office, home, cellular, fax,
pages, and existing voicemail, fax mail, and e-mail. Your subscriber
only needs to give one number to people he wishes to receive
calls from.

Follow-me
This
feature ensures that every call you receive finds you wherever
you may be. When someone calls your universal number, all
of the devices that you select to ring will ring sequentially
until all numbers are exhausted or the call has been answered.
If the call goes unanswered, the caller will automatically
be forwarded to voicemail. This feature enables subscribers
to be anywhere and not miss a call.

Fax-to-email
This
feature allows received faxes to be read through a subscriber's
E-mail Inbox. The fax is converted into a readable format
which is accessible and printable. This feature allows subscribers
to access their faxes without a fax machine from anywhere
in the world.

Voice-to-email
This
feature allows received voice messages to be read through
a subscriber's E-mail Inbox. The voice message is converted
into a standard .WAV format which is audible from any computer
terminal with a sound card and speakers. This feature allows
subscribers to access their voice messages without a phone

Email-notification
This
feature alerts subscribers by email when a voice or fax message
has been received. This allows subscribers to be away from
their desk

Speech recognition
This
feature allows callers to dial by speaking the name of the
person he wishes to talk to. This feature eliminates the need
for callers to memorize long or confusing extension numbers.

SMS (Short Message Service)
Short
message service (SMS) is a globally accepted wireless service
that enables the transmission of alphanumeric messages between
mobile subscribers and systems such as electronic mail, paging,
and VoiceSaver systems.

Fax Mail
Faxes
are received and saved in the subscriber's fax mailbox until
he wants them. He can have them forwarded to any fax machine
in the world. Perfect for travel or for any home office.

Fax Broadcast
Store
the fax number lists in the mailbox. The subscriber faxes
the document to the Fax Manager and it will automatically
fax it to every fax number on the list. This feature allows
users to send product anouncements, sales information, seminar
invitations, press releases and much more.

Fax-On-Demand
This feature allows subscribers to send fax information to
a caller upon the caller's request. This feature can be used
for multi-level marketing purposes or to just distribute information
to customers at anytime. Thus, it is ideal for customer service
and technical support because it eliminates the need to have
a live person answer Frequently Asked Questions or do common
troubleshooting.

Email-to-Voice Mailbox
This feature allows people to send voice messages from an
email account to a subscriber's voice mailbox. PEC provides
the Vmail.exe utility program to anyone who wishes to record
voice messages and send them from an email account. This feature
is ideal for sending messages in foreign languages because
many systems do not have the resources necessary for understanding
foreign text.

Private Secretary
Each subscriber can have his own personal secretary. When
a caller wants to speak to the operator, he presses 0 and
VoiceSaver transfers the call to the subscriber's private
secretary.

Outbound Calling
This feature allows subscribers to place outbound calls while
using their voice mailbox. Each subscriber has a credit limit,
and VoiceSaver ensures that this credit limit is not surpassed.

Caller ID
This feature allows subscribers to find out where each message
they receive originated from by stamping each message with
Caller ID.

One-Key Call Return
This feature allows subscribers, while reading messages, to
connect directly to the sender of the message by pressing
only one key.

Pre-Paid Calling Card
The
pre-paid calling card module allows you to sell prepaid calling
cards. The system handles all of the calls and deducts the
minutes from the subscriber's balance.

Administrator's Web Interface
This
feature allows multiple operators to provision mailboxes for
subscribers via the World Wide Web. This feature is a major
benefit for operators because it is allows them to provision
mailboxes from any Internet terminal in the world.

Payment Reminder
This feature automatically reminds subscribers if their bill
is overdue past a specified length of time.

Balance Due Amount Payback
This feature plays a subscriber's balance due amount every
time
he calls into the system. This feature eliminates the need
for a subscriber to call up and ask a live person for his
balance.

Read Deny
This feature plays the number of messages that a subscriber
has, but denies the subscriber the permission to read the
messages. This feature is an effective way of collecting unpaid
balances from subscriber because it forces them to pay the
balance in order to read their messages.

Payment Confirmation
This feature allows a subscriber to know if and when his balance
payment has been received.

Networking
This feature provides the networking software that is necessary
to allow subscribers to send voice messages across the systems
on a network.

Teleconferencing
This feature allows multiple callers to phone into the system
and communicate with each other within a subscriber's conferencing
box. A unique telephone number identifies a subscriber's conference
group and can be distributed by the subscriber to whomever
he wishes. The subscriber will be charged for the total number
of minutes used by all of the callers.
